Russian corruption fuels massive casualties in Ukraine

Hundreds of videos circulating on Russian social media reveal horrific punishments by superiors extorting money from their men. Soldiers report being locked in cages, electrocuted and sexually assaulted. My opinion is based on the historical study of warfare from its origins through books, videos, conferences, etc a subject that has fascinated me since I began reading. Having swimming into the subject as much as possible within my capabilities, I have a formed opinion about the Russians and their armies throughout their history, which may or may not be right, but which has never been influenced by anyone. Least of all by the Ukrainians, with whom I have no personal relationship whatsoever. Just by reviewing the hundreds of news stories that appear online every day, one can get an idea and form an opinion. The Russian case has always been based on grand objectives and not on the individual. The disregard for human life is a constant throughout history, and it can be seen (incredibly, because humanity is supposed to constantly develop and improve itself) that it hasn't changed at all.

The brilliant rescue operation carried out by the USA (as it has done throughout its history) is incomparable to anything the Russians could ever do. Also, the inhumane treatment they receive and the corruption that exists at every level, from corporal to general, is appalling.
