The first quarter of the year done. I was just on the edge of finishing another 19 figures but sat down to check my email and took a nap. All in all the painting year is going well. Shipping and tariffs are helping control purchases but shopping is continuing and I've a few ideas for some "just one more project"

I haven't painted a single miniature or purchased any for a few months. I need to change this.

I have been consumed with my board wargames and I recently moved. Still setting up my painting space in the war room.

Painted 120 28mm 30YW
Now taking a break and painting all my Grand Manner building I bought right before they closed their doors.
It will take the whole month.

I placed an order for figures, which got duplicated, and I got far more figures than I expected. Since these were figures I would have ordered later this year, or next year, I didn't send the second order back or anything. However, it does mean my count for this year is a mess.

Purchased this month: 76
Painted this month: 14
Total: -62

And, for the year:
Purchased: 102
Painted: 58
Total: -44

I also sold off six figures, which helps in the overall goal of getting rid of my lead mountain, but doesn't balance out my purchase. In addition, I finished a piece of scenery.

It's a good start to the year. It seems I have not posted about the Pledge yet this year. So for the first three months:

Bought: 23 figures
Painted: 238 figures, a large Iberian warband, a bunch of D&D figures I'm speed painting, and some odds and ends.
Sold: 506 figures (actually a lot more, but I count 15mm as 1/4 of a figure for the Pledge.)

Net: +721 reduction of the lead pile. The goal is +1000 for the year, I think I can make that!

Bad month, each weekend had an issue that kept me from the painting table. Fortunately I did not buy anything so I did not loose ground.
