Both my memory and my Google-Fu are failing me. This was about some sort of futuristic (underground?) society that was trying to evacuate via your typical 1950's space ships…. but they were hard pressed by invading androids/mutants etc. Might have been masses of servant robots that got out of hand. The androids were all essentially identical, I think they wore tight fitting light colored robes, may have been bald and earless and had what looked like kitchen sink food-traps for mouths. I've been through all the great movie lists for the 50's and 60's and just cannot put my finger on it. Definitely not:

Things to come
When Worlds Collide
Conquest of Space Did not have any aliens or monsters
Was probably in black and white
Most of the movie was indoors Any help appreciated! |

I also think that sounds like The Time Travelers. I think its on Amazon or some streaming service out there… |
