"I've enjoyed running participation games at shows in recent years, there's something very satisfying about seeing it all come together on the day. When the opportunity arose to run games in the Lard Zone at Cancon this year I was more than happy to put up my hand. In previous years I've run games of Sharp Practice set in the Sudan, and during the Great War using a variant of Chain of Command. All of those drew on my 28mm collection, but I'm conscious that 20mm, the scale I use for the Second World War, receives very little exposure at shows…."
