"None of These" and "No Opinion" are two very different things.

I think I'd be so happy to see a F&tGM movie they could have Felicia Day play Fafhrd and I'd still be excited. It's never going to be exactly like it has lived in your head for the last fifty years. It's fun to see other people's take on the character. And it's very, very good to get a property like this out in front of the wide world that doesn't read books.

Agreed – as long as they kept the sly intellectual feel of the books.

I'm with Andrew--sort of. It's not that I think no one's up to portraying Fafhrd on screen, so much as that I couldn't name or recognize most of the present generation of actors.

But truthfully, I'd be thrilled if there were a five- or even ten-year hiatus on adaptations and remakes. Let the current Hollywood generation vandalize their own products for a bit instead of scrawling graffiti over stuff I love.

I nominated What's His Name Giants' Bane from Game of Thrones. But he lost in the first round. 🤷 Meh.
Hollywood doesn't ask TMP for advice in casting, nor should they.
