Hello and I am sorry if this is asked and answered. I have two outstanding orders with them. Got the receipts and they took the funds. However, nothing arrived. Lots of emails to them. No reply. Are they defunct? |

When did you order? He doesn't respond to emails and it can take months to deliver, assuming he fills your order. |

Contact your CC company/PayPal/Venmo/etc. US laws state they can't charge your CC until they're ready to ship your product. Never take that abuse -- file a claw-back claim. They get too many claw-back complaints, they lose their CC processing ability. Cheers! |
