I've been invited to play in my first-ever game using the "Brother Against Brother" ruleset tomorrow -- a scenario set during the Mexican-American War. Any advice on advantages to exploit / disadvantages to avoid with this rule set? I most often play WW2 games using the BOLT ACTION and Battlefront rulesets, and have some experience playing Regimental Fire & Fury ACW games. Any advice going into my first Brother Against Brother game? |

It's a fun "Beer & Pretzel's" level game. Luck of the card draw and dice rolling. Fun game for those who just want to move figures and play. |

Be careful. In my last game green New Hampshire troops beat my Bowie-wielding Louisiana Tigers in melee! I second 3rd50Deuce's comments. 'Tis a fun game. |

By the way it is not an "Ancients Product" unless you refer to its date of publication:) Agree with others, do not bother to play if you are concerned with winning. |
