I've put a few hours of work into producing a lavishly annotated photo-report of our Albuera game. Thirteen photos tell the story; each one is marked up with unit labels, front lines, troop movements, objectives, etc, to make it both colourful and clear. The game itself was a particularly exciting one and I hope the report has done it justice. I'd really appreciate some feedback comments, either here or on the blog itself, to justify my effort! The report is here: link Thanks in advance to any of you who take the trouble to read it and especially those who comment or reply. |

Text-book perfect battle report, Chris. there's a lot going on in the photos but with the arrows etc & the annotations, i had no trouble following the action. I could be picky and ask for the font on the photos to be a bit bigger. |

Much appreciated, thanks, chaps. Ochoin: fair point about the font size. As the pics go through several stage before they reach the blog, I found it a bit hard to gauge what would be the right size for readability without blocking the view. I'll bear it in mind next time. |

Thanks, Chris but font size is a minor point, as I wrote. I do hate to sound critical- partly because there's enough bad feeling in the world & partly because we often produce wonderful things. Your Battle Report as an example. |

No worries – your constructive suggestions are every bit as welcome as your generous praise. Chris |
