Hi, Liz!

Terrible photo, hard to tell much about the painting job.

The photo is quite blurry, but at least we can see that the boots have flat heels.

The sculpt looks pretty well done, with a believable very muscular shape and good proportions. She reminds me of a firefighter I knew a long time ago.

Let me think aloud about the size of the sword's owner. A Roman gladius, which appears to be the inspiration for this sword, was 24-33 inches, and the average height of a Roman soldier was 5'7" or 67 inches -- both figures from a quick Google search, so they must be correct!

If the guardian is 72 inches tall -- let's assume that she's a tall barbarian -- so is the sword. That is, about 3 times its length for a Roman soldier. So the owner of the sword should be 3 x 67 = 201 inches, or 16'9".

That's a ball park figure. Other variations -- shorter guardian, longer gladius -- are left as exercises for the reader.

Maybe Bigfoot owns the sword.

Just because she's guarding the giant sword doesn't mean she needs to use it… ;-)
