Great work painting and on the banner. I used AI to create some Dwarven banners several months ago. I like them. I'm not an artist, so AI banners are an amazing tool. Tom, I've been using ChatGPT to edit a photo of an old High Elves banner. I asked it to swap the colors and add or remove some details, and after some trial and error, I finally got the result I was looking for ;-)

Beautifully painted figures. I wonder if I am alone in feeling that from a certain angle they looked a bit like "cone heads" from SNL. This is not to take away from the figures or unit, just an observation.

Major B, I had the same thought when I looked at the figures. The figures and banners look great, but my immediate reaction was "cone head elves!"

Going with red is a refreshing take and looks great!

I like upsetting standard conventions in Fantasy. It's probably one reason I don't do Elves because of the compulsion to do that ubiquitous high elf blue.
