"The running joke in Wellingborough is that the Official Monster Raving Loony candidate – "Nick the Flying Brick" – promised to build an Intergalactic Spaceport (and abolish gravity) during 2024 by-elections to replace the standing candidate who proved to be a thoroughly bad egg. Roll on to 2225 AD and the spaceport has not only been built, but has attracted unwelcome attention from our local unfriendly Little Green Men (LGM)…"
