blackshawgaming.wordpress.com/2026/02/14/barons-war A Barons War game set in the Wars of the Roses. This is a 1st edition game. 2nd edition is much the same but the rulebook is a lot easier to find your way around.

No but too small a group will quickly take moral tests for 25% loss so <=4 is probably a bad plan. Bigger groups will mean less flexibility on the table so possibly <=12
