Russian forces report experiencing severe communications problems as assault operations halt in multiple areas after terminal shutdowns

The Russians started putting Starlink terminals on their drones, so Starlink made some technical changes. Only terminals on a special list will function in Ukraine, and certainly not terminals traveling at high speed. This has apparently hit the Russians hard, as they have relied on Starlink for all their internet needs, and have no obvious Plan B.
