I placed an order with Age of Glory for some 28mm Zulu War stuff. They are the U.S. retailer for Empress Miniatures. However, I got a notice that my "Royal Mail parcel is in transit". The weird thing is that on the Age of Glory site, it said that everything I ordered was "in stock." In fact, most of the Zulu War range in their webstore is NOT in stock as is most of the rest of webstore. Which I assumed to mean that the out of stock items had to be ordered from the U.K. to replenish stock in the U.S. store. But these particular items were available so I ordered from them. My question is, why would Age of Glory be having an order ship from the U.K.? Doesn't "in stock" mean it's in stock at THEIR STORE in the U.S.??? I've tried to contact Age of Glory with several inquires, one about this and another about a different topic, but they never messaged back. |

I had something similar happen with Black Tree Design once: I ordered from the US branch, but the order was filled from the UK. My understanding is that the British office had the figures in stock while the American office did not. Grelber |
