I've been wanting to do it for years, but I am finally going to get my Sikh War project off the ground this year. And I face the Wargamers curse of what to do when you get better information about the headgear of British infantry during the Sikh War. I sat down with the Tilson sourcebook on the Sikh Wars for TSATF and then compared the lists they had there with the information in French's "The British in India" from Foundry books. Then I made a list of what regiments wore different headgear. Looks like another Newline order is in the offing. link |
