My Trenton Project for 2026 is coming along nicely what with nine of the 12 to 15 Continental regiments already painted. I am painting an all-new American army with winter snow bases for the game, rather than using my existing painted forces that have green grass. Similarly, I have to paint around 120 Hessians with snow bases. Here is a picture of my Trenton terrain for my games at this year's SYW Assn convention and Historicon:
Most of the buildings, tree stands and roads were made by Herb Gundt. Click on the link to my blog post for more pictures : link I have also posted a short video about the Trenton terrain on my You Tube page: YouTube link |

I've always been under the impression that the Trenton weather was the all too familiar Joisey Pennsylvania miserable "snow, sleet and freezing rain." |

Shouldn't those Dragoons be the Philadelphia Light Horse? I made mine from the Firing Line range. You may have heard of them. 🙄 My son also served with them in Kuwait in their current configuration. |
