Interesting case in Gaza, where the Israelis struck a Palestinian group that claim was operating a drone against Israeli troops. The Palestinians claim the group were Palestinian journalists and/or aid workers, possibly meaning the drone was only taking pictures. BBC: link On the field of battle, it has to be difficult to distinguish which drones are hostiles. |

The Palestinians claim the group were Palestinian journalists and/or aid workers, possibly meaning the drone was only taking pictures. If the Palestinians say it … based on all we know, they are lying … totally … without a doubt. On the field of battle, it has to be difficult to distinguish which drones are hostiles. Yes as well as the insurgents/guerillas who don't wear a uniform. E.g. Vietnam, Iraq, A'stan, etc. Drones may in the future some sort of IFF. If some don't already ? Insurgents/guerillas ? If they are packing … shoot them. Better them than you … |
