Interesting case in Gaza, where the Israelis struck a Palestinian group that claim was operating a drone against Israeli troops.

The Palestinians claim the group were Palestinian journalists and/or aid workers, possibly meaning the drone was only taking pictures.

On the field of battle, it has to be difficult to distinguish which drones are hostiles.

If the Palestinians say it … based on all we know, they are lying … totally … without a doubt.

Yes as well as the insurgents/guerillas who don't wear a uniform. E.g. Vietnam, Iraq, A'stan, etc. Drones may in the future some sort of IFF. If some don't already ? Insurgents/guerillas ? If they are packing … shoot them. Better them than you …
