Anybody know what the status is on these figures? PSR says they were released in 2024, but I can't find them anywhere. |

Hi Bob. I got 2 boxes when they were released early last year but they sold out in days. I have not seen any for sale in several months. With that in mind I bought the British infantry/artillery/cavalry, American artillery and cavalry as soon as they were released. I am currently painting them up for a game I want to run at the SYWA Con in April. |

I wonder if they "lost" the mold….I'm ramping up for a AWI project and would like to use the HaT Americans, but may have to do something different. |

I'm looking for the infantry. No show at Hobbylinc and out of stock at MTS. |

I picked up the 28mm set #1 and command from Hobby Bunker a couple of weeks ago. Frankly not impressed :/ Chunkier than the Napoleonic and El Cid line but, IMHO, icky casts. Lotsa flash and some figs seem like the mold wasn't lined up. Soft detail, too <sigh> Sad as I'm a HaT enthusiast. Painting them up for hatebay since ah bought them. |

Bob, The only sets of the HAT 1/72 AWI Americans still available today that I see are on eBay with an Italian dealer – and expensive. This set came out early compared to the other AWI sets and I assume the others will go quickly too. You'd think what with the 250th anniversary coming up this year HAT would have put more out and more together as opposed to staggering releases. For the same reason I would expect HAT to be re-releasing more sets soon so keep looking. 95% of my 1/72 plastic figure purchases have been done with Scott's Military Shop in CA and thru eBay. Highly recommended and you can periodically check his entire store catalog on his eBay account. Toby Barrett |

I also bought my American infantry and all the others through Scotts Shop on Ebay he is the best. I am painting the American set now they are much better than the 28mm set mentioned above. The plastic used is soft, I mean really soft and flexible. Hoping the paint stays on. British cavalry and artillery should be with me by Monday. So I was lucky to get all of the sets. |

Thanks, all. I have British I can paint while I wait to see what HaT decides to do. I did check Hannant's website and they mentioned that the set was being reissued, so I guess it may be a case of hurry up and wait. |

Paul; I am hoping I can make it to the SYW Con this year to see your game. I am really interested to see them. What game will you be running? Eric |

Can someone provide a link to Scott's Military Shop? Neither Google nor Ebay can find it. |
