Tool Bench Hardware Painters Tape

Why do wargamers need painters tape, and is the dollar-store variety good enough?

She's not wearing shoes at all, just stockings and an apron-thing. So maybe she's entertaining at home.

I don't know what she's carrying. It looks like the upper end is wrapped in cloth. It could be a weapon, I suppose. Or maybe a holiday decoration.

After looking at these pics many times, I think what's behind her back and above her head is meant to be a flipped up length of cloth similar to the two handing down. It's hard to tell due to the way the lighting is hitting the figure. Her left hand is definitely wrapped around a handle for a short sword or dagger where the blade is hidden against her body. The right hand is placed as if it had just been used to flip that length of cloth out of the way so she could grab the handle with her left hand. It is a must unusual pose and figure. I do like the blue tattoos.

They're wings. The miniature is a fairy sculpted by Werner Klocke. The metal wings weren't great.

This is a Jen Haley version of the figure with fancier non-metal wings.
