After long time, I tried to make my last (?) dream to come true: a Venetian Galley in paper adapted to my (future) papersoldiers for the Battle of Lepanto (1:1 ratio as usual) 30mm tall. I started from my old project of the trireme and from my experience. The work is hard to realize, but I will not give up this time.
I will keep posted my blog as well as here.

Will you make a paper model ship, or just the deck plan?
If you make figures for the ship, make sure to include not just the admirals, like Don Juan of Austria and Andrea Doria, but also Miguel de Cervantes! Grelber |

@Gleber. I am trying to do all the ship (galley) and I will fill it up with all sort of men (sailors, arquibusiers and Don Juan of Austria and as you asked, a little figure will be representing as well Miguel de Cervantes… what a men they were… |

I admire your ambition as well as your skill! |

thank you, Oberlindes Sol, I am afraid not to have such a skill: I make and remake tons of times the same particular. Once I had the ambition to do 1:1 battle of Lepanto. Now I would be more than happy if I finish this galley. In this moment I have to do the supports for the superior deck … neverending work |
