this is a big guy (50mm base!) from the Kickastarter (or Gamefound, same difference) for not-Chaos Space Marine and Cultists minis a couple years ago. It's nice plastic but there are way too many details to focus on, so I decided to try a quicker approach. no contrast paints, just sketchy painting and a few different washes. Then a minimum focus on some highlights here and there. He turned out okay, I guess.
