Just starting in 15mm Sci-Fi & need some help. I'm trying to get together squads of 12 or so troopers, some with heavier weapons for a basic game.
I've sourced some para-military human types, civilian rebel horde ne'er-do-wells & some humanoid robots but have not seen any Aliens I like the look of. I need both civilised Alien troopers, preferably noticably different from Humans & terrifying monsters. Not keen on the Alien/Predator sort as they are too identifiable. The Greys look too cute for me :) Can anyone suggest a manufacturer that might meet my requirements?

Hello Jae

There is a huge amount of choice. You might choose a different size to 15mm as small creatures in 20mm could be big ones in 15mm?

Here is the new PP sci fi range. The aliens in it are "creepers".
Things that bite and scratch. Ouch!

A second for Khurasan minis. So many good choices!

Another vote for GZG. link

Four different alien races (Look at the Tomorrow's War for the 4th) Lots of poses and equipment them as well lots of different human armies to fight with.

Great service, solid sculpts.

My Loud Ninja Games line, sold through Alternative Armies is almost exclusively aliens at differing tech levels. I have three different ranges…

Chuhuac – alien dinosaurs with hi-tech guns, APCS, flyers, and light IFVs.

Yan'Drassi – multi-species alien coalition with advanced tech and a mech

Ikwen – low-tech alien insurgent/freedom fighters with light troops and beast cavalry

Alternative Armies also have the Asgard ranges with some nice aliens.

Ral Partha Europe has some of the old Critical Mass minies, I really liked the Astagar alien snakemen.
