We ran a test on gmail recently, and our emails are getting through. Hopefully, that problem is solved. From our end, we send the emails off, and we don't know if there is a problem unless (a) we get an error message, or (b) you tell us you didn't get the email. Keep in mind that we're sending these manually now, so they do not get sent immediately upon request. If you are still having problems receiving verification emails from us, try this: Request a verification email in the usual manner, followed up by a PM to me requesting that we send it in a different manner. I've got an Apple email I can use, and Editor Katie now has a gmail work account, so hopefully we can find a method which your email provider will accept. |
