Yea! for roast turkey! OK, it's not that big a thing, but my wife says I am too negative.

Turkey is essentially a dry meat, so needs careful cooking and flavouring. Its gravy/sauces make it pleasant to eat. Give me a good roast chicken instead and I will be happy!
