As a reminder, if you request a password reminder or a verification email, we're not currently able to sent these automatically, so they go into a queue until a staff editor sends them manually. Sending to gmail addresses remains problematic. Sometimes they get through. Apparently sometimes they don't, but we're not getting error messages back. Problem is not on our end. Sending to Yahoo! email addresses seems to be a problem. After long delays, we sometimes get this error message back: temporarily deferred due to unexpected volume or user complaints Yahoo! also seems to be complaining about the way verification emails are formatted; we will make changes in future. |

why not use PM to find out and ask any member? Verification is used, in part, to filter out spammers. PMs would not work for that purpose. Verification also ensures we have a valid email address on file, so when you lose your password, we can contact you. |

Is it an issue with the email sender domain not being set up with SPF or DKIM? Thanks for handling it all manually. |

Is it an issue with the email sender domain not being set up with SPF or DKIM? I'm told our website email is updated to current standards. Other than that, I do not know,. |
