Almost everything on TMP is already noted elsewhere. Those who don't check the BBC regularly might find it informative.

Unfortunately, the BBC is NOW behind a paywall to viewers in the USA.

I would love to access these articles, but I'm not going to subscribe to see them. And to think that BBC America was once my browser homepage!!

Just an FYI to UK members. The BBC is no longer user-friendly to Yanks. (Not sure about Canadians.)

Interesting that the find suggests a forested area where they were found. Makes sense for infantry to retreat into woods when faced with cavalry.
