At the battle of Lutzen, in 1632, besides the well represented Yellow and Blue brigades, with the Yellow and Blue Regiments there were other brigades, that usaully are not represented in wargaming. In this case, I represented the Wildenstein's Black Regiment, belonging to Green Brigade (along with the Green Life Regiment); this Regiment was commanded by Oberst (Colonel) Georg Wulf von Wildenstein, with 468 musketeers, 102 pikemen and 142 officers and NCO.

While there were 4 Black regiments, (or 3);at the battle partecipated 2 regiments: one the Wildenstein Regiment and the other was the Thurn's Black REgiment (dressed in blue).

So the Wildenstein Regiment was (probably) dressed in different nuances of black and I enjoyed to represent it.
