We reach a key game in the Scottish Corridor campaign for Chain of Command. If the Germans can win this one, then they've won the campaign. Failure and there's a chance the British can counterattack and win back a lost table to earn a victory themselves. Much to play for then as we come down to the wire! The full report is here: link

It looks like quite a fight even though the British came off second best.

The terrain and minis are excellent of course.

Great AAR, as usual. Excellent pictures, and beautiful minis & terrain. There is a subtle way, IMO, CoC plays the initiative advantage with the choice of supports : this campaign gives the Germans an initiative advantage, and you are forced to try to outguess their choice of support, hence your Firefly, which ate the majority of your support points to no avail. But I'd have done similar, the British cannot neglect the possibility of a Panther or a Tiger showing up. Thanks for sharing your game, and doing such a great publicity for your hobby. BTW, have you planned another Sharp Practice campaign?

Thanks. Funny you should mention Sharp Practice, at the risk of highjacking this thread, the answer is yes, I hope so. I'm in the process of painting up two groups of grenadiers, which I will add to my existing Queens Rangers.

I've also recently added three groups of ragged Continentals and I'm keen to get both of these on the table in the new year.

Excellent, looking forward to seeing them get their 1st taste of battle. Just started playing SP myself at the club, 2 games, 1st one French Indian Wars, second one American Civil War. Thinking of painting Vendeans & Revolutionary French, hopefully some will make the lists.
