According to multiple articles factory workers in at least one plant have not been paid since October. Signing, injury, and death bonuses are no longer being paid. link

Worse to don't pay is that a huge amount of returning Russian Prisoners of War began to kill their NCO and Officers when they tried to "training" them again…

See the videos of the mental and physical status of the Russians when they are liberated in comparison of the Ukrainians… the last ones bear no resemblance to a human being … Completely broken physically and mentally by the suffering and torture they endured… despite this… most sing their anthem with pride and passion (when they are able to do so)… you can also see the joy on the faces of the Ukrainians when they see their families and loved ones… on the other hand, the sorrowful, worried, and somewhat fearful faces of the Russians who are sent directly back to a training camp… (or worse, to Belarus)…
