As I dance around The Sword in Gaul preparing Roman and barbarian armies, and thinking about medieval variants, and working on pre-gunpowder close combat variants like what are laid out in the "modern" variant for The Sword to Adventure, I wonder if anyone ever worked up a purely Fantasy variant for TS&TF? ("The Sword & the Sorcery" might make the ideal title.) Introducing non-Human units and Magic/Spells would be the chief problem to work out, I'm thinking. But after all these years, has anyone here finally done it, and if so, what could you tell the rest of us?
