Okay, who makes 'em? I need civilians for my village – men, women, children, merchants, goat herders, Imams, what have you. 25 or 28mm, but lots of variety if I can, I don't want 6 identical women…. |

I love using civilians on the tabletop! IMHO helps provide a more realistic sense of place. As others have rightly said already, Eureka does have a very nice and very large range of Indian/Afghan Civilians, who can also be used for N. Africa. I think I have almost all of them and have used them painted and have used them for years. But my all-time favorite single pack for this purpose is this one from the Perry Miniatures Crusader Muslim range:
