One of the games played at last month's meeting of the Devon Wargames Group was a Halloween-Beowulf inspired adventure taking ideas from both Lion and Dragon Rampant rules to recreate a tale told around the fire in the great longhouse.
Much fun was had battling armed skeletons and other vile creatures of the dark as various factions sought to gather as much treasure as they could whilst not tripping over pumpkins.
