Overall not bad, but where was the "Olive Branch Proposal"? Where was the debate in Congress over independence? There was a great deal of argument. The Olive Branch Proposal was the last ditch effort to avoid separation. The King never read it. He answered with a procloution that promised hanging to all who rebels against King and Parliament. That is what sealed the deal in Congress. Very disappointed all that was left out. |
