Were there any Anglo Irish units fighting in England during the ECW? Were they outfitted much like English Units?

There were a number of potential 'anglo Irish ' units during the Wars of the 3 Kingdoms. Those English units brought back to Chester at the start of the first English Civil War most probably had Irish men among their numbers. There's scant evidence to exactly how many Irish men joined those returning English regiments. Problems arise further because so many Parliamentarian accounts of fighting against 'Papist Irishmen ' were most probably Welshmen.

As for clothing, those who returned to Chester were so poorly attired that the governor of Chester put out an appeal for clothes for them.

After this initial immediate need was met, just look at records for individual regiments either separately via BCW regimental wiki, or Royalist coat colours on KeepYourPowderDry.

(TL;DR they would have most probably worn 'English' attire)
