Don't forget Hunnicutt and Winchester! I always enjoyed the episodes with Sidney Freedman, but he was only in 2-3 episodes a year (well, it felt that way). Colonel Flagg was another that turned up from time to time. Lt. Kellye had an episode built around he. Igor, Sgt. Zale, and Sgt. Rizzo were recurring minor characters. Grelber |

Probably would need another poll but early Radar – where he was a glutton and a mischief maker or later Radar where he became more of an innocent? They should never have allowed him to take off his cap in "Goodbye Radar".  |

Let's not forget Loretta Swift. Her character Major Margret Houlihan really grew over time as the show went from being a comedy show to a dramedy. |

I don't think they could work out what to do with Radar – when Klinger took over his job they found new directions for him, but really there wasn't a "Radar" episode before "Goodbye Radar". The later Houlihan was a far more developed character. But there had been signs of a more interesting personality when she was kept away from Frank in earlier episodes |

I couldn't stand Hunnicutt, something about the understated smugness of his character. I even preferred Hawkeye to Hunnicutt. Winchester was insufferable but consistent and played a role. |
