British tests with Medieval style armor showed that armor on the legs, especially the lower legs, requires more energy to move in than armor on the thorax. Meaning that those greaves (?) will do a great deal to slow her down while leaving the upper body unprotected.
Studies by British doctors associated with their Olympic team indicate that properly fitted sports bras that keep them from bouncing, increase the athletes' performance in active sports like running.
So, we've got her slowed down in two different ways to make her an easier target and have provided her with compensating armor that would only be of use if she is attacked by Lilliputians. Grelber |

It could be that the leg armor is actually a powered exoskeleton, so it's reducing fatigue. Nothing is helping her lift that oversized rifle, however (unless maybe it has a anti-gravity component, but at that tech level, they're not going into battle in t-shirts). I generally like this one, except for the oversized weapon: Good sculpture, pose, and expression; believable, flat-heeled boots; good paint job, especially the skin tones. |
