Over the past year it seems like ebay has been undergoing a gradual degradation not unlike the "cake left out in the rain," First, their routine emails noting significant events with seller lots just stopped. Increasingly, attempts to access informational features have been met with 'something went wrong. Try again later." The worst concerns a sold item, which ebay confirmed was paid for, but efforts to access the buyers mailing address are met with "listing not found." I will readily admit that I am techno-road kill, but really? Are others encountering similar problems? |

I have an eBay store, I have not had any problems like you are mentioning as far as functionality. There are occasional weird glitches, but nothing too drastic, or consistent. I agree that they have lightened up on the emails as far as seller events, etc. No big deal to me since I never watched them. |
