The Master of Command Demo came out today and I have spent the last 6 hours or so playing it. Excellent SYW game similar to Total war with a nice little generated campaign game. Battles really capture the size of SYW Battalions.

The AI is pretty good and the campaign system gives you varied campaigns with a huge amount of replay-ability. The Demo only lets you play the Prussians but the full game will have campaigns for all 5 major combatants. You start out with a new regiment and can build them up and add additional regiments for your army. Battalions gain experience and progress to better troops.

The demo is available for free on steam, and the game should be out at the end of the month. You can also find several videos playing it on Youtube.
