I just announced some plans for the next 12 months on October 1st. On October 6th, a quick post-game discussion birthed a new massive project. At least it's for Historicon, so there's plenty of time to turn it on its head. (Edit: And now that I've re-read the poll question. It completely jives. I'm attending a local convention to see friends, and coordinating the day, the activities, even discussing where to eat afterwards, started about four months ago.)

I schedule conventions that I go to as a vendor, a year out. I plan stock orders a quarter out.
