"Continuing our foray into support for Romulan campaigns, here are three Romulan-specific Service Records. However, with the GM's permission, most of these can be adapted for starships of other civilizations. In Star Trek Adventures Second Edition, starships each have a Service Record that reflects its life of service. It adds a Trait, and also a Special Rule for the ship. It's optional: ships may have one service record only, and cannot be swapped out. It is suggested that players work with their GM to create alternative service records as desired…"
