A few more to share with just a week to go, as usual going right down to wire and doing a bit too much but all in a good cause.

You may want to consider changing the color of the wood on the rifles. Check out images of these rifles.

Commonly Seen Rifles:
Mosin-Nagant (M1891): The primary and most common rifle for both Polish and Soviet troops during the war, the M1891 was a standard-issue bolt-action rifle for both sides.

German Gewehr 98: The Polish forces acquired and used a significant number of these German WWI rifles, sometimes marked with "FB" for the Polish armory at Warsaw.

French Lebel and Berthier rifles: Poland also inherited and utilized these French rifles, which were common among various independence forces in the region.
American Berdan Rifles: While an older design, this single-shot rifle was still in use by some forces, a remnant of the Imperial Russian Army.

Winchester Model 1895: This lever-action rifle, designed by John Browning, was used by some Russian and Baltic forces and could be seen in the conflict.

Cheers guys, Royston do say hello if your there.

Grey Legion I dont think the colour is too far out, but either way having pretty much finished 4 armies with rifles in this colour its a bit late to change them all now:

often there is a choice between 100% accurate and what looks cool (but still is close/plausable). I often choose the latter

That Lewis gunner conversion is cool !

WRT rifles, thought they'd be a bit darker, but a wash of dark brown should tone it down.

As noted for colour YMMV by batch, age, polishing, handling etc.
