Praise to Wargames Foundry for being very responsive to an order I placed in mid-August (in anticipation of the tariff wars) that Royal Mail lost and could not find (it was tracking as "Delivered" -- days BEFORE it was shipped! Something very screwy there). WF shipped me a replacement order -- and it was a large order -- and covered the excess tariff charges this week. I can only hope they are able to file a claim with Royal Mail and get some compensation. This has been superior customer service and certainly preferable to my only alternative of filing a dispute with PayPal that would have been even more time consuming and frustrating for us all. Kudos, WF! | | piper909 | 22 Sep 2025 7:52 p.m. PST | |
