Work continues on my early Cold War US Army tank battalion with some Jeeps getting painted and crews being prepared for manning those Jeeps.

I was thinking that in wargame rules, troops that are unpainted should be considered as untrained, and the painting is their training. But since the vast majority of my collection is unpainted plastic, that probably would not work for me. Maybe it's advanced training and painted guys are elite?
