The World Turned Upside Down project has seen the addition of the 33rd Foot to the collection, a British regiment that set the bar high for ability, particularly in the new light infantry drills, discipline and esprit de corps, established under the leadership of its then colonel, Charles, Earl Cornwallis.

The 33rd Foot would be in the thick of the action through the American War of Independence from Long Island to the Carolinas, surrendering with their colonel at Yorktown.
