Good afternoon all TMP members!

Please find below the latest update on how we at Warlord Games have decided to support our US customers, due to the recent increase of import costs of goods from the UK.

If you have any more questions please contact us in Warlord Customer Service and we will be happy to provide further assistance: info@warlordgames.com

How We're Dealing With & Minimising the Impact of Tomorrow's Change to US Tariffs

So that we can continue to provide the service our customers expect, we are moving to a Delivered Duty Paid service for US customers once the "De Minimis" tariff exceptions are removed on August 29th. This means tariffs will be calculated and charged at checkout, so your order should clear customs without delay and delivery times should be unchanged. To help share the impact of tariffs, we will credit your account with the value of the tariffs charged on Warlord Games products once the order has shipped.

For example, if your order comes to $120 USD, at checkout the tariff will be calculated and added on just like a delivery fee – and the total to pay will be $132. USD Once your order has shipped we will issue a credit to your account for $12 USD to redeem against your next order.

We think this is the fairest and most transparent way to deal with the current rules, and if they change we'll react quickly. Inevitably with any new systems there may be issues, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team (info@warlordgames.com) if you need help or have any questions.

Concerning Existing Pre-Orders

Many of our US customers have already placed pre-orders for products that are due for release after August 29th. For any outstanding orders containing such products, we'll dispatch these Delivered Duty Paid at no additional cost upon their release. Such customers do not need to take any action, and will not be subject to the cost of the tariff.

Sounds fair and efficient. Well done Warlord Games. It doesn't look like the sky is falling after all.

This sounds like a generous, fair and well-thought-out plan for dealing with the tariff issue.

Very generous of Warlord, but I'm not sure what their shareholders think of donating 10% of their sales revenue to a foreign government.

I imagine they think it is better than 20%.

Best get your Warlord orders in before price hike.

It was no coincidence that Atlantic announced a price increase shortly after recent events caused a shake up in their manufacturing process. Warlord will roll out the same BS.

I wonder how their customers outside the US will take this news ? With no VAT added Americans already pay 20% less for their toys than Europeans, now they're getting credit towards their government's 'sales tax'.

If I was a Warlord customer I'd be putting them on my $**t list.
