Does anybody make a 15-18 mm figure of General Jubilation T. Cornpone and, of course, his horse? How about a 25-28 mm figure of the general?

Here's the only 3D one I've found, but the image doesn't give manufacturer or scale:

Mind you, I can't find a date of first appearance. General Cornpone might till under copyright, in which case a figure manufacturer could be sued by the Bullmoose Corporation. Myself, I'd look for an overweight Confederate officer in kepi, and put a label underneath the base.

If ACW gaming were one of my projects, I would definitely "need" one of these.
And definitely Stubby K, and scantily clad Dogpatch honeys.

Who is General Cornpone? I mean where is he featured? A cartoon? Comics?

You're too young, Grattan. A comic strip--Li'l Abner--by one Al Capp. General Cornpone founded the village of Dogpatch--initially said to be in Kentucky, afterward unspecified but always in impoverished American hill country. There was a movie musical with an entire song dedicated to General Cornpone.

Here's a video where you can hear a song about the great General Jubilation T. Cornpone – youtube.com/watch?v=_TfcJ82FAhw

Imagine that! A musical number that's a tribute to the immortal Braxton Bragg!
