I like them but have seen more flash than usual. Perhaps the molds are antiquated.

I had to remake the molds for that line (And all others, BTW) before GFI closed down. The flash issue was rampant for the US made Minifigs so we would not sell any until we could remake the molds. If "I" wouldn't buy my figures due to such problems how could "I" expect anyone else to? Sometimes it is good to be king!

MiniFigs can still be bought? This is of interest to me, esp. if the old figure ranges can still be obtained in the US (given the tariff wars and uncertainty of shipping from the UK). MiniFigs 25mms were the first ranges I started to collect in earnest back in the 1970s and I still have tons of them in my armies. Yes, they did have a lot of flash and required clean up. I used to order them from either the US affiliate in New York state or direct from the UK if a range was not available or being produced in the US. Who can tell me about the current status of the company and its venerable line of historical and fantasy figures?

I bought some from Caliver Books a few years ago

Minifigs is in the UK. The website is here link – they seem prepared to export to the US.

Piper: I own the molds for what was Minifigs. I ran Game Figures Inc (GFI) from 1998 till 2012. If you know of anyone interested in buying them, please send them my way via PM. (Yes, I have the fantasy ranges and several I have remolded the production molds.)

Dye4minis – Interesting as Caliver Books are lacking some of the figures in the fantasy ranges,

Hi Tom,
You may remember I've long been curious about the ‘old' Minifigs. If there is really any wiggle room to kick it around please email me at my website – thoughroughbredmodels.com – ordering cart is still closed for now but contact info section works, or I can write you if you are on So. Vaughn Way. (BTW, My old # and address in Portsmouth VA is no longer valid.)

Isn't there also an issue with the rights to produce?

Hi, Toby. Could not get the URL to work. You can email me at tomdye14@yahoo.com. Dave Ryan sent me an email saying I can produce anything I have masters for.
