Hi friends. Are AW Miniatures good? Are they worth buying? Consensus?

I bought a number of their samurai range to add pose and armour style variety to my collection and they work quite well for that. I'm happy to have them in the mix

Only real issue was that they tend to have pencil necks that need a bit of puttying up before painting (a step they clearly failed to take after popping separate heads onto the dollies). I've avoided the female figures in the range because they have very squared block heads, and their pencil necks really stand out since they aren't wearing helmets or hats.

They have some unusual figures in their Samurai line which are not made by anyone else. Their sculpting is maybe not quite Perry level but painted up nicely they made a fine addition to my Japanese feudal collection.

I will wait until the tariff issue is resolved. I'm partial to Perry and Empress Miniatures.
