I was asking this over on the Facebook group, but thought I would post it here too.

If I'm creating stats for a vehicle not already in the charts, what percentage of an ammo load would be considered "limited"? 10%, 5% or something bigger like 20%?

For example, if a gun only had 10 rounds of HE and 50 rounds of AP, would the HE be considered "limited"?

My impression is that only relatively specialized ammo such as smoke/WP or specialized armour piercing ( APDS/APCR/HVAP) is treated as limited, not more common types such as HE and AP whatever the normal ratios of those in the typical ammo mix.
