19th Century Colonials are sold as 25mm on the US website but sold as 28mm on the UK website. They look the same but are they the same in terms of scale? Did Old Glory Uk create a slightly larger scale?

Old Glory started out when 25mm was the thing. However, they have always been "Heroic 25mm", which was the term back then. Even Warhammer were called "Heroic 25mm". 🤷
"It's not a scale! It's a size!" 🙄
Then along came the Barrett system, which caused more confusion than clarity.
Things began to be advertised as 28mm.
But Old Glory USA calls itself "Old Glory 25s", still.
They're the exact same figures, same masters, just called differently.

I prefer to call the scale "Perry compatible". That's the term I used when I suggested a few ranges for the Eureka 100Club.

Have I confused everyone enough?

So, yeah. They're the same "scale". No difference.

What's the turning around time for mailing an order from Old Glory Miniatures USA?

Old Glory doesn't stock. They cast to order.
They're in Pennsylvania, so am I. I've received an order within a week of placing it. No problems.

I received an order of Old Glory British Camel Corps dismounted infantry from Noble Knight Games. I very pleasantly surprised. How can they afford to sell them inexpensively? :-)

Noble Knight doesn't stock Old Glory as a policy. They sell stuff that others who don't want them anymore sell to them.
I use NK a lot. But I don't rely on them. For instance, I Googled "28mm Western Buildings" and stumbled on a deal for Dodge City Main Street, MSRP $155 USD, for only $65. USD I grabbed it. It's beautiful. That isn't a price for some who regularly stock it.
But they are my first place to look.

I received my order of 28mm Fuzzi Wuzzies with Swords and Pathans with Swords. Very Nice! Very pleased! Well Done!

Well, I was going to sell some unpainted OG figures to Nobel knight, but they don't stock them?
